Refund Policy

EliteDataGh guarantees a full refund if your data bundle is not delivered due to a system failure on our end. Because data top ups are digital and instant, we cannot reverse a transaction or provide a refund once the data has been successfully credited to the provided number.

When are you eligible for a refund?

You are eligible for a refund if your payment was successful but our automated system failed to dispatch the data bundle. If the network provider confirms that the bundle was not delivered, we will instantly credit the funds back to your EliteDataGh wallet.

What happens if you enter the wrong number?

It is your responsibility to verify the recipient phone number before confirming payment. We are unable to issue refunds for transactions sent to incorrect numbers if the delivery was successfully completed by the network.

Wallet Deposits (Non-Refundable)

Please note that any funds deposited directly into your EliteDataGh wallet are strictly non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn. Refunds are only issued for failed data bundle orders.

How long do refunds take to process?

Approved refunds for failed data bundle orders are processed automatically and immediately to your EliteDataGh wallet.
